The "Journée romande de Push-hands" allows practitioners from different regions to get together with a focus on free push-hands.

The day starts at 10am and ends at 5pm there will be during the day 3 small workshops with themes related to push-hands given by 3 teachers from different regions and styles the rest will be free practice in 8-minute sessions .

All in a spirit of play and good humor.
